Probably Ad 3. It looks better than the other two and there will probably be more of a reaction to it than the other two.
Give the steps used in creating the ad using Photoshop? (How did you get your finished results?)
I drew the character with brush tool. Use the Gradient tool for everything; the skin and hair and such.
I slightly blurred the television in the first one and use I believe water color for it too. A lot of lasso tool.
