4. Tool panel overview:

• Name a type of selection tool: Free Select (Lasso Tool)
• What does the move tool do and what is it's hot key?: It allows you to change an Image's location on the layer. Hotkey: V
• What is the hot key for the eyedropper tool and what does that tool do?: Hotkey: I. It allows you to take Color samples
• What does the eraser tool do?: Erase...
• What tool creates straight, angled, or radial gradients, what is it's hot key?: Hotkey: G.
• When might you use the brush tool?: Whenever I needed to paint, or possible color an image. 
• What is the difference between vector and raster?: Rasters are made up of pixels, Vectors are made from paths, gives points, and shapes..
• What is the difference between aliased and anti aliased?:
  
  Aliased gives you crisp clean lines while Anti Aliased leaves you with blurred edges
